@elanneboake: 🐟 jorim with turbot RECIPE: 1lb fish of choice with skin, soaked in rice water for 20 mins. 1/2 daikon radish, 1 potato, peeled and sliced. Place in bottom of pot and fish on top. Marinade: 5 cloves minced garlic, 2 tbsp gochugaru, 2 tsp gochujang, 1 tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp soup soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar OR 1/2 tbsp stevia, pinch #MSG. Pour overtop the fish. Add 2 cups water or stock. Bring to a boil, lower to a simmer and cook 20-25 minutes. Great video! however a small FYI, mulgogi (물고기) is for fish that is still alive like pets. Fish for eating is called saengson (생선)
