One thing that helps settle my stomach is having sugar free peppermints on hand. Russell Stover brand is best!

I have found through some trial and error that if I administer my injection in the evening and take a ginger gravol, I don't experience any nausea!!

I had no nausea, no stomach pain and it actually helped my IBS-C and I’m more regular now (was constipated. 6-8 days at a time … now 2)
