maybe this why my chest has been so bad for the last month and half. i been using my inhaler like 10x a day whenever i feel any type of discomfort 😅

My asthma came out of nowhere and I couldn’t even shower without an attack and had to use my inhaler 5x a day. I haven’t used my inhaler in 13 days!!

ya albuteral is so bad. I didnt realize I was taking it way too much and it gave me heart palpitations and fast heart rate. had to go gluten free.
