Because they’re doing a lot more than “walking cookies out the door” they’re taking, preparing, expoing AND delivering the order to your vehicle.

I work at Crumble and we ask everyone if they would like to tip us curbside or pick up just for the work that we do because it does get stressful sometimes when there’s rushes and making the cookies

I agree. yesterday I picked up a pizza &was asked for to tip. Like, no. you didn't do anything extra besides what you are already getting paid for.

they didn’t tell you to tip them- they asked if you wanted to. nobody ever said you HAVE to tip them.🤷🏻♀️no shade just putting it in perspective

Aren’t they doing more than just walking them out? This is a honest question. I’ve never been but I’m pretty sure they prepare the order as well.

100% of the tops go to the bakers! Not even the person bringing them out! It says it on the app!

I understand where your coming from because most make a good hourly wage but at my restaurant when we work curb side we only make 2.13 an hour
