@axeandroothomestead: CRAZY EASY OAT MILK SANDWICH BREAD (Egg-free, plant based) Combine 1/2 cup warm oat milk and 1/2 cup warm water in a mixing bowl. Add 2 tablespoons sugar and 2.25 teaspoons active dry yeast. Whisk to combine. Let activate for 5 minutes. Should get foamy! Next combine 3 cups all purpose flour, 4 tablespoons melted butter (dairy or plant-based) and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Add wet ingredients to dry. Knead for 5 minutes with dough hook attachment in a stand mixer until dough is formed (or by hand). Cover with a clean towel. Rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Grease a bread loaf pan. Remove dough from bowl and punch down. Flatten out dough into a rectangular shape and roll into a loaf shape. Place in bread pan. Cover with towel and rest 1 hour. Bring oven to 350°F. Place loaf on center rack. Bake 30 minutes, until crust is golden. Remove from oven and cool completely. Store in refrigerator in airtight bag for up to 4 days.
