so I don't work for cox but for another ISP. get a business account. your sla will be different and you connection at the cmts will be treated differe

Cox is literally like this wherever I've lived.. I lived in San Diego, and Vegas. They treat their customers like crap

Cox was good 10+ years ago back when they stated as Cox @Home now that their all about profit they have gone downhill
