@kalenainthekitchen: PALEO CORN BREAD 🌽 no hate towards corn but Miles has been doing #grainfree all month to see if it helps his mystery joint pain & I've been having all of the fun experimenting with paleo/ grain free alternatives to some of our faves including cornbread! it's honestly crazy how much it tastes like the real thing...you have to give it a try if you're looking for a *slightly* healthier alternative 😎 #kitk 🤍LIKE + ⬇️SAVE to make later! you'll need: 3 eggs 1/3 cup @fourthandheart ghee 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk 2 tsp lemon juice 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 cups almond flour 1/4 cup arrowroot flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Preheat oven to 325 F. Mix together wet ingredients, then mix together fry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well. Pour mixture into a parchment lined 8" baking pan.
