Do you have answers as to why I constantly dream right away and all night? And am constantly waking up, I don't sleep well at all and just looking for answers. I dream even with a 20 min nap.

Just happened to me today I don’t feel like I was fully sleep I was on my way to sleep.Then it felt like this heavy bubble of energy covered me slowly couldn’t move it probably was me 😳
