Full rules and regulations: http://bushsbeans.com/BeautifulSweeps Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 diced yellow onion 3 tbsp minced garlic 1/4 cup white wine 3/4 rice 1 14 oz can crushed tomatoes 2 cans Bush’s Organic Garbanzo Chickpeas rinsed and drained 1 cup marinara sauce 1 tsp Italian seasoning 2 cups veggie broth (add more if the rice isn’t tender after 25 minutes) Salt + pepper to taste Garnish: basil + vegan parmesan cheese Instructions: 1. In a large pan or pot, on medium heat, saute onion, garlic and olive oil. Deglaze the pan with the white wine and simmer for a minute. 2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir until combined. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cook until rice is tender. 3. Serve hot with fresh basil and vegan parmesan cheese. 4.
