@red5performance: V-Squat good mornings are an awesome exercise to grow the size of the glutes, hams, and even strengthen the lower back/core. By not supporting the weight on the spinal column it takes less of a toll on the CNS so you can hammer more volume at a high intensity and still have great recovery.
