And…hold the skewer the opposite way. Go up with the rose…you’re never gonna be able to remove it this way.

some people can do them upside down I don’t see the need to if you have icing that will move just a little. I think it’s easier to do it right side up

That is my favorite way to do. A rose is on the stick that actually looks like a skewer. You might want to get a roast stick.
