The @TheGrumpyChef sold me on these flavorful Meat Filled Pita Pockets! 👊🏼 Recipe Makes 8-10 Arayes 🤤 Arayes Ingredients: 3 lbs Ground Beef Pack of Pita Bread 2 Bunches Parsley 4 Garlic Cloves 1/2 White Onion 2 Jalapeños 3 Tbsp Ground Cumin 3 Tbsp Sumac 2 Tbsp Aleppo Pepper 4 Tbsp Paprika 3 Tbsp Salt 3 Tbsp Pepper 4 Tbsp @Bear & Burton's W Sauce How to: 1. In a food processor or blender add in parsley, garlic, onions, jalapeños, and blend 2. With a paper towel squeeze out as much liquid as you can 3. Add ingredients to the ground beef with Bear & Burtons W Sauce for added flavor and add all the spices listed above 4. Mix all those flavors together and add it to the inside of a pita. 5. On a high heat pan sear the pita on all sides and use chili oil to get some great color (optional) 6. About 2 minutes on all sides making sure the ground beef is cooked through 7.
