Try nizoral shampoo!!! It might be a fungal acne bc mine looked like that too but nizoral takes it away pretty quickly

use a consistent exoliator like paulas choice bha and and salcilyic acid cleanser, if its still not clear ing after a week or so use squaline+ tretoin

if u have dry skin then i would recommend a tumeric face oil (trust me it was the only thing that helped)

I’ve been using aloe gel and tea tree oil. Worked super well! Got rid of the bumps within a week. Just make sure the oil says it’s ok to use on skin!
