I had a gastric bypass in 2011 I was in Casco I took a sip of this as a sample I have a 35 minute drive home by the time I got home I had to go to the bathroom but I immediately felt that my body was craving these vitamins after I drank it I felt my body perk up almost like you watered a flower that was hanging over heading to buy

It tastes gritty. But has a weird sweetness grass kinda taste. it's not terrible. I've had protein shakes taste worse. but u may need to mix with milk.
