@notyouraveragethrpst: Ice rolling while controlling my breathing is one of my favorite and easiest ways to cope with my anxiety. Does it take my worries away, no. But does it help slow my body down and ground me so that I can better cope with those thoughts? Absolutely! And fun fact: it’s actually rooted in science!
