@wyndlyteam: What is allergic rhinitis? Allergic rhinitis is the medical term for when something gets into your nose and your body gets irritated and you create mucus to wash it out. Usually the way this is mediated is through histamine. So, something gets in your nose, it binds an antibody called IgE, IgE releases a molecule called histamine, and histamine causes your nose to get runny, sneezy and watery so things run. But if you have constant allergies, your nose is always gonna be allergic and runny. So what you want to do is probably get allergy tested and try to use medications or immunotherapy to fix your allergic rhinitis so you're not always miserable.
