I’m all for all of these but the double shampoo, that actually made my hair more oily. I trained mine with shampoo once and olaplex once a week :)

It is actually beneficial to put conditioner on your scalp if you’re oily. When it’s lacking moisture it will over produce oil…condition then shampoo
