@aphoenixhealing: Legend Sophia Loren openly admits she was a big people pleaser the majority of her life. This unfortunately can come from ancestral upbringing in a culture where women are brought up to be sacrificial to the men in their life and family. But after a deep conversation with Charlie Chaplin, she sat with his words, made a choice and started to change that and break that pattern. At the end of this segment, she says now at she's 50 years old and she's learned to say no.  Charlie Chaplin's words to her are very wise and true.  This was a big part of my journey. So many lessons learned and growth. I was always working at the hospital especially during the pandemic, often 18 hour days. It took me a very long time to realize it was not my responsibility to fix the employers responsibility or the choices that a patient made. I learned you can have a big heart but ultimately you are not responsible for other people. Even being in the sun sign of Virgo, which is the being of service sign, you have to implement boundaries and make sure you do not betray yourself for the sake of others.  Do not betray yourself.
