I usually just put it in the ground and they grow for awhile than die...so I wasn't taking the stalk off or putting it in water

take bout 7 months works decent mostly, some will rot depending on circumstance, but yea have 7 going lol

That bottom that you use for stock is the tastiest part of the celery, the fragrant leaves are excellent for stock.

If you wrap black paper around the glass it grows faster it thinks it’s in dirt.
