CREAMY LEMON PARMESAN TORTELLINI 1 stick of butter 1 ½ cups of heavy cream Juice and zest of 1 lemon 1 ½ cups of shredded parmesan cheese 1 tsp of salt, pepper, and garlic powder 1 cup of broccoli 1 ½ cups of chopped spinach 1 20oz package of BUITONI Three Cheese Tortellini (Optional) Parsley and red pepper flakes Melt one stick of butter, add in 1.5 cups of heavy cream, the juice of 1 lemon and whisk in 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer. Season with 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir in 1 cup of broccoli and 1.5 cups of chopped spinach. Add 1 package of BUITONI Three Cheese Tortellini. Turn the heat down to low. Cover and cook for 6-10 minutes. Once done, top with 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and parsley and red pepper flakes to taste.
