Yes, because 7 I is not just a 7 I anymore - if you have P790’s then your 7 is actually a 5 I loft wise

Yes, 7I is easy to get 200 yards. I’m getting 195-205 7 Irons. Yes my 8 is 185-195 club and it’s got 5000+6000+ back spins. Needs to be a little more.
