Girl I feel your pain had surgery twice on the same foot I still need my other foot but I’m still in pain on my foot I had surgery on twice 🤦🏻♀️

Hi. I’m Tues will be a full week. No cast just given a boot and crutches. Did you stay in bed for a while? I have the incision too bottom of foot. It burns like it’s going to open up 😩

Did you have Tenex done on your PF or a plantar fasciotomy? I am 9 weeks post op on Tenex and still in pain. 😭
