Roaches just don’t come out of nowhere though, because you have a few crumbs in your kitchen

If you live in an apartment they travel thru walls no matter how clean your kitchen is it is not your fault all it takes is one dirty neighbor

the pest control guy I spoke to told me that roaches can live for days off of the oil in a fingerprint... in apts you often are not at fault.

Few years ago I bought couches off market place, didn’t know they had roaches. They infested my apartment. We trashed EVERYTHING when we moved. Awful.

What I don’t understand is how people let their houses get this bad. Is it like they don’t care or something because then they end up having to pay.

This is why I just have quarterly pest control because those MF live off of the smallest of things. I keep clean but I'm sure I miss stuff

They can come from Amazon packages, grocery store boxes, neighbors, almost anywhere. Nothing to do with being clean or dirty.

If it’s apartments you can hardly blame the tenant. We had roaches not a lot but we did now in a house we’ve never had one roach

Lived in my apartment for 9 years. Never had a roach until about 2 months after my neighbor, which I share a kitchen wall with, moved in.

I moved into an apartment and there was nothing I could do about it. And yes they got worst when neighbors would move in and out
