@itskayleighsimone: Curly or straight? ❤️ Honestly, I struggled for a long time accepting my hair in its natural state. It wasn't until 2017 that I took the plunge to embrace my curls. I cut off all of my dead ends myself (my hair was so tiny. I was embarrassed to go to work) 😭 and started to wear my hair curly year round. Being transparent, that break from heat helped my curls come back tremendously! Then I started keeping up on my yearly professional curl cuts, and l'm glad I did. ✂️ I say all of this to say if you're new to the journey, embrace your hair in all its forms and be patient.
