Just dont over brush. As an OCD person I can verify to much is just as bad as not enough. I have fractures from iver brushing and weaker enamel.

I was told by my dentist to be careful not to brush within half an hour of eating especially acidic food/drink because it will wear down enamel

Try to switch it to a dispenser that doesn’t allow light through, light affects certain components in toothpaste :) but that’s a great idea !
