I use to work for a geotechnical inspection firm in queen creek and city guys passed inspections just because they saw our truck there lol

The upper outlet does not need to be gfci protected as it is above the flood plaine....😂😂😂

I’m a GC, I remodeled home is the Phoenix valley for 3 yrs, almost every final inspection from the city they only flip switches and check GFCI.

the inspector in Marana Az actually tests the gfi circuits. I was blown away that they do that. and they do pay attention to the roughs as well.

In my jurisdiction we use a separate electrical inspector and all outlets have to be confirmed gfci

City inspector here, we use AFCI and GFCI testers. We are not allowed enough time like a 3rd party would be allowed to check everything.
