I wouldn't recommend pouring chemicals on hot surface due to the chemicals evaporation.. not good for health. Read the manual.. work safe live longer.

step1- put the teppans on high heat put cleaning chemical on top of it —step2 put the water and get rid of the dirty chemicals —step3 add combiscaler
