If I go back and didn’t do what I did I wouldn’t have my 3 amazing daughters I may have kids but they weren’t be these kids if that makes sense would of been with a different women but not the same kids but sometimes when I’m alone my thought always open and gets to me that’s y when I go to store or anywhere now I try to have my women or kids to go with me but sometimes they don’t want to go so I go alone and my thought start attacking me and it’s hard telling me what if this what if that go do it now and it’s frustrating bc I’m happy now am I? 🥺 why would my mind do this to me

I would rewind time all the way to 2014 so I can spend all the time I missed out with my grandparents from my dad's side, my grandma is still alive and strong but my grandad passed away 3 years ago from heart failure...he was an excessive drinker 🥺
