and guess what, i LOVE it <3 (for the matcha yogurt) you’ll need: - 200-300g thick greek yogurt - 1tsp pure matcha - 60ml warm water - 1tbsp honey (optional) (for the strawberry chia pudding): - 4-5 strawberries, quartered - 1-2 cup kefir - 1tbsp honey - 1 heaped tbsp chia seeds (for the almond granola): - 1tbsp butter / olive oil / coconut oil - 1/2 cup rolled oats - 3tbsp maple syrup / honey - a handful of almonds, chopped (to serve): - fresh kiwi, sliced into rounds - fresh blueberries - smooth almond butter method: 1. begin by whisking the matcha and water in a small bowl (preferably a matcha bowl!) until no lumps remain. 2. carefully spoon in your yogurt and honey (if using) and mix until thoroughly combined. 3. pop in the fridge whilst we prepare the rest. 4. in a seperate small bowl, roughly mush the strawberries using a fork. 5. add in the kefir, honey and chia seeds and mix until thoroughly combined. pop in the fridge whilst we prepare the granola. 6. in a small frying pan, melt the butter (or oil) along with the maple syrup (or honey) and swirl around the pan. 6. add in your oats and almonds and toss to combine. 7. making sure the heat is not too high, cook the granola whilst stirring in the pan for about 5 minutes or until golden. 8. gather the granola into one corner of the pan in a neat flat layer and press. 9. remove from the heat and allow to cool whilst we assemble the bowl. 10. in your bowl of choice, spoon in our matcha yogurt. 11. now our chia pudding should be set, spoon on top right in the centre. 12. carefully place the sliced kiwi along one side of the bowl making sure they slightly overlap. 13. once the granola has hardened, break up into clusters using a wooden spoon. carefully spoon into the next available corner of the bowl. 14. finish with a generous dollop of almond butter (or any nut butter!) and a drizzle of honey if you like the extra sweetness… enjoy xxx🍓 #breakfast #yogurtbowl #yogurt #matcha #granola
