@stephivee: We weren’t expecting our daughter for another 3 weeks but unfortunately GH/preeclampsia took over again & she had to come. Though ill never get to be able to labor natural im glad shes here safe & sound. Her first hour was scary & whe had to be under the heat lamp for some time to help regulate her temp. We were able to leave at 24 hours. The next week & a half were a true test to her dad & I as she developed a high level of jaundice which then caused her to lose 10% of her birth weight i cried for a week straight thinking the worst and that we’d have to be admitted. But my bf & I worked hard around the clock, with a toddler in the house also, to insure I had plenty of time to pump & that we feed on a strict schedule even though she was so sleepy we had to keep her awake. By the time ahe was a week we finally gained wight propely & her jauncie atarted to trend down.
