Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Mix butter, brown sugar, and sugar until smooth and combined. 3. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined 4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix to form a dough. 5. Fold the crushed Kit Kat bars into the dough. 6. Make 8 two tablespoon sized dough balls. 7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes.
