I got shingles too… I used coconut oil on the area because it was so itchy & as a result I had no scars. I also took oil of oregano pills & L-lysine

Omg I had shingles down the whole length of my leg and my foot when my baby was 6 weeks old 🤦♀️so horrible! Can’t imagine the pain of face!
