As someone who lived in Taipei for 5 years, I can confirm this place is a favorite of locals (mine too personally; and I usually don’t like hotpot 😅)

Tip: Never go for too cheap hotpot in Taiwan. Processed restructured meat 重组肉 is common there and untrained folks can’t tell diff.
