At the end of the day, calories matter. But if you dont want to track calories and still see progress, setting yourself up with a “flexible meal plan” will help you keep calories controlled without ever tracking them. From my experience, this kind of a structure works really well for a lot people. Breakfast always stays the same, but you add a little variety into the rest of the day with a couple options at each meal. If you follow this for 2 weeks and feel no change, then you may still be eating too much and serving sizes from your carb and fat sources would need to come down to ensure you’re creating a deficit (NOT PROTEIN).
