They don’t need to own dogs. 1-never told landlord (terms of lease) 2- decides to get them and tie them up. Hopefully the dogs find a loving home.

can't arbitrarily brings in & not informed prior, take pic call animal control for animal crewelty to take dogs. then kick out for breach of contract

It's in my leases, dogs are not allowed to be chained/kenneled outside. For insurance my tenants carry their own policy w/ my company named on policy

If having a dog you didn't know about it having a dog chained up violates the lease, tell them to get rid of the dog or get evicted.

I’m a dog person as well. If they have a dog chained up i would not do that to a dog. I don’t agree with that.

I would call ASPCA about tying them up but they can keep them because they can get a companion dog certificate
