Ingredients: - 400g salted cod (bacalhau), desalted and shredded - 3 large eggs - 2 large onions, thinly sliced - 2 medium potatoes, julienned - 100ml olive oil - Black olives for garnish - Fresh parsley, chopped - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Add the fried potatoes to the cod and onion mixture, then pour in the beaten eggs, stirring gently until the eggs are just starting to set. 8.
