@driftersjoint: Ramos Gin Fizz 2 oz | 60 ml Gin 1 oz | 30 ml Lemon/ Lime 3/4 oz | 22 ml Simple Syrup 3/4 oz | 22 ml Heavy Cream 1 Egg white 2 Dashes Orange Blossom Water Soda Water Method: Combine first 5 ingredients and dry shake with a sprig of a Hawthorne strainer for 60 seconds. Add a small cube of ice and shake until ice has dissolved. Take a chilled glass and pour in 2 oz of soda water and 2 dashes of orange bitters. Pour cocktail mixture into the glass and set in the freezer for 5 minutes to allow the foam to settle and become firm. Take cocktail out of the freezer, poke a hole in the center of glass and top with soda water until foam rises above the rim of the glass.
