OMG! I made this and added a hot pepper in the seasoning. I didn’t use heavy cream. I mixed uncle Ben’s basmati and coconut rice and pour some sauce on the rice. BEST MEAL EVER!!!!!! Thank you ♥️

Just made it this way tonight and it took all the guessing and anxiety away. I added a step of an extra two min with the lid on before adding to the broiler and it was a perfect mid rare! ❤️
