3h27 🤩 I love all kinds of runs too, BECAUSE they’re all different, biggest trail was a very hilly muddy 30k and omg I walked 1/2 of it.

Nailed it. When running trails, you’re using your entire body for balance and stability. It’s ok to walk on trails and road - pace yourself.
