@wufitness: Stop doing this on your squats … Are your legs looking skinnier than the stick figure drawings you drew as a kid and you called “art”? Well if you want to change that … then change up how you squat The more you allow your knees to travel forward the more your quads will be engaged When you bring your hips back more , it will use more of your hamstrings & glutes After I fixed this mistake on my squats that’s when my legs actually started to grow #leg#legdaytips#legdaydayworkout
