I have BVD in both eyes and had to get 3.0 horizontal prisms in both lenses. When I say adjusting to them was a CHALLENGE. 😮💨 BUT!

maybe your eyes are working to adapt to this level of prism, it doesnt necessarily mean its not enough it means its adjusting but your eye muscles are having to retrain and your brain needs a few days
