@chef_boydbrownthe3rd: You will absolutely love this Spicy Kale Salad 🥗🤤 Spicy Kale Salad (Serves 3-4) (1) 16 oz Bag of Kale (prewashed/stems removed) 1/2 Red Onion (diced) 1-2 Avocados (make sure they are ripe) 10-15 Sun Dried Tomatoes (in oil) 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil (or use oil from sun dried tomatoes) 1/2 Cup of Nutritional Yeast 4 Garlic Cloves (minced) 2 Tbsp of Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice 1 Tsp of Salt 1-2 teaspoons of Cayenne Pepper (optional) In an extra-large bowl for mixing, add the kale and olive oil then massage the kale thoroughly until it breaks down and softens up.
