@zeetheintrovert: Peanut Butter Cookie For 2 🥜 Recipe: * 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled * 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter * 4 tbsp light brown sugar * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract * 1 egg yolk * 1/4 tsp kosher salt * 1/4 tsp baking soda * 3 tbsp all purpose flour Topped with sugar (optional) Bake Temperature: 350F Bake Time: 11-12 minutes 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Add peanut butter, brown sugar, and melted butter to bowl. Mix/cream together for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add your egg yolk and vanilla extract. Mix. 4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Fully incorporate dry ingredients with wet ingredients. 5. Cover and cool in fridge for 5-10 minutes. 6. Once cooled, scoop onto baking sheet. 7. This is optional.. I topped my cookies off with sugar before putting them in the oven. 8. Bake for 11-12 minutes on 350F. 9.
