@dannylovespasta: Replying to @rowanorinn 1. Sauté 2 cloves garlic, then add 6 ounces spinach and stir until wilted. Let cool, then chop. 2. Mix the spinach with 2 cups ricotta, half cup shredded mozzarella, half cup grated pecorino, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. 3. Cook shells then fill each one. 4. Heat 2 cups marinara sauce in a skillet then add shells. Top with half cup of mozzarella and 2 tbsp chopped parsley. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
