Our sup asked our staff how to retain teachers and then sent us a form to fill out. I left. Nobody cared even though I fully explained it.

Nailed it! Even when they collect exit interviews, I doubt highly they do anything with them. I got one upon retirement, not sure about quitting.

I actually demanded an exit interview and forced the issue when I left my district after 19 years. It didn't make a difference, but I felt better.
