I would recommend using sauerkraut in a jar. Sauerkraut in a can taste like the tin can. More tastier in a jar. 🍀

This is a good idea… but it’s the Hawaiian Rolls for me. Just doesn’t seem like the sweetness of the roll matches well with a Reuben.

Made these tonight. Nothing was soggy, the bottom bun was just a little crisp and they were wonderful! My sauerkraut was from a bag, not a can 😍
