I go to my local greenhouse and she gives me a jug of nematodes. She mixes them up twice a year or so and it works. Nematodes are the best Imo

Similar to the rocks, the ONLY thing I found to work was placing sand as a top layer. Then covering with more soil for aesthetics lol

Are fungus gnats tiny white bugs? My pothos gets them. Looks like the soil is moving. Usually is use Dr. Bronners soap to kill them.

I’ve done this poor results. I love that it worked for you. Only thing that worked for me was Diatomaceous earth mixed with potting soil 1/2

I gave up on preventing. I use one of those electronic sticky traps and sundew plants. they catch alot but I only see one flying every now and then

Love Neem oil and hydrogen peroxide diluted with water! soapy water will also work well! marigolds will also help keep away pests!
