that's a long process. I just soak them for a few hours and then leave them in a damp cloth in a bowl. put a plate over the lid.

You can get rid of the bean shells by putting them into (a lot of) water, the shells will float on top, just skim them off.

There's a technique to grow m I to tall stems. Basically grow them in the dark in a jar and only one bean layered with something pressed on it. 👌

for anyone wanting to do this is a less intense quantity, do like 3-4 layers of beans at the bottom to start, also I've never had a problem with smell
