As soon as you got to 98, I understood it was (101x10)/2=5050. I know I only needed to do half bc they are pairs,, but my brain didn't go that route.

I did it differently. 1 and 99, 2 and 98, etc, 49 times is 4900 plus 100 and 50 is 5050.
