I’m not an expert on yeast, I don’t think I need to set it aside for those 10 minutes, but it is nice to see my yeast is still alive! I used to use honey to sweeten my bread but with these prices girl I couldn’t anymore 😂 if you want to use honey i would use 1/4 cup.
